About

Care Solutions Victoria is a one stop service provider for wide range of disability services including Support Coordination and Plan Managemen and assistance with daily activities and access community. Our research has shown us that many existing participants are not happy with the support they are receiving from other disability providers, many of them would not engage participants with packages with limited funding and will not extend the level of choice and control over their supports the participant needs. At Care Solutions Victoria we operate on a Person-Centered model where you are at the center of the decision-making and we work with you and your family help you achieve your goals regardless of the level of funding you have. We understand complexities and are happy to take on-board people with extreme circumstances including those involved with justice system. Our team is led by qualified health professionals who have years of experience managing people living with disability. Moreover, our senior management have outstanding qualifications and experience in business and extensive expertise in disability management and governance. Together this mix of skills means we have developed a reliable and effective service to get you the best outcomes.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
