About this provider

BUSY Ability (formerly ON-Q) was founded in Northern NSW 30 years ago. Our Mission then was to help disadvantaged people, and those who live with disability, to build valued social roles in their communities through participation in paid work.

We have achieved a lot in those 30 years and our purpose today remains true to our original mission.

Along with Disability Employment Services and NDIS support, BUSY Ability is also contracted by the Australian Government’s Workforce Australia to provide Specialist Employment Services, supporting people with a lived experience of the justice system who may require extra support into employment.

BUSY Health provides quality mental and physical health support services to improve opportunities for people to achieve their lifestyle, training, education or employment goals.

We help individuals, organisations and schools through NDIS supports, mental and physical health services, training and consultancy.
