Welcome to Break Free Health, where we provide Positive Behaviour Support Intervention to help our participants reduce the risk of harmful behaviours and achieve positive outcomes. Our experienced team focuses on developing personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments to increase a person’s quality of life, improve their skills, and enhance their independence. Our goal is to decrease challenging behaviours by introducing replacement behaviours, improving emotion regulation, and increasing skills. We strive to improve the capacity and confidence of the person’s support system in providing effective and valued support. Our NDIS Commission registered practitioners deliver positive, measurable and sustainable outcomes for people with disability and their families/friends/carers/support workers using evidence-informed processes and practices. At Break Free Health, we specialise in managing and reducing the full spectrum of behaviours of concern and restrictive practices for Autism, Intellectual Disability, Forensic, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, Children, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, Comorbidity, and Eating Disorders.
