HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT Therapy Is Fun - All children have one mission in life…to enjoy themselves and have fun. When they are having fun and are engaged in what they are doing, they make real progress. Our therapists and facilitators are expertly trained in play-based teaching models and use play-based themes with high levels of engagement, energy and enthusiasm to deliver therapies and supports. That approach helps to establish strong bonds and optimise therapy outcomes. Brain Train therapies are a lot of fun and help build confidence and character as well as competence in many core skill areas. We Care Like Parents - Several members of our team (including our founders) have direct, family experience with autism and other developmental differences. Our mission is personal, and we have created an environment based on the need to serve children and adults in a caring and non-judgmental way. We also understand the challenges of having a child with neurodevelopmental differences and the impact it can have on a family. We are a family-centred practice and seek to provide therapies and services in a way that best supports not only the child but their family as well. Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
