We started with a small 1 room setup providing care giving services to patients. Over many years, we have broadly expanded and are providing health care services, personal care services and many more services to patients and elderly in many regions. The service I have received has been remarkable, I left another service and was recommended Blossom , it was the best move I made, supportive staff, always friendly , communication is wonderful , I have 3 children with blossom and I don’t have to worry about a thing as I am in great hands. Definitely recommend this service , the supoort coordinators are fantastic and go out of there way to help. The director of the company Mak is so lovely and is always available when I need something , the other supoort coordinators are also fantastic and very kind and caring , I couldn’t ask for a better service.

Have been with this company from when it first opened and can't sing their praises enough. My son who is their client and I have been shown full support and care throughout the whole time with Blossom. I have found their staff to go above and beyond to assist our family. The owner and his staff are compassionate, friendly, respectful and professional. They are an awesome team to have involved and I'm thankful for the time and effort they invest. Thanks Blossom Community Care! I'd be lost without you guys.

OMG! The cleaners from Blossom are the bomb! We get them just once a fortnight and they do a fantastic job. They don’t clean they polish. It’s good to know when they have been that everything is back in place and ready for another two weeks are hard use.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
