We have lovely permanent support workers. Agency go out of there way and do everything they can to try and find fill ins when needed.

I am very happy with the services i have used and still involved with. I am less stressed and able to catch up to other important things i need to do, especially now that i have the time to do so. So very happy with our support coordinator Rutu, who has made this possible. I only need to make a phone call and she gets onto it asap. Best part is less if not many paperwork to do now, which is a bonus for me. I also find i have some time to spend with my family now, and i am so grateful for this. I recommend this provider/support service, they listen, hear what you need, apply the services you require asap, understand your situation, and take a load off your mind to relax and enjoy the time you have to be with your family more and able to do other things that need to be done. Very caring staff. Very helpful with tasks i cannot do. Eg. Gardening and heavy lifting. Nice to talk to, respectful and polite. Madhu makes sure I have the care that I need.

9D Care has been an amazing support and provided competent and resourceful Carers.

As a carer, I found the staff at 9D Care (Support Coordinator [SC]: Rutu; Former SC: Yash) well informed and proactive when implementing Dad's NDIS plan. Engaging with 9D's support coordination services ensured I felt supported while navigating NDIS access (as a family member advocate) for the first time. 9D Care staff were incredibly helpful coordinating Dad's supports, particularly responsive to his specific needs. As a CALD client, great efforts were made to address language barriers where possible. The staff were always receptive to answering my NDIS questions, & available to help alleviate any NDIS-related stress. Couldn't be happier with our experience, thank you 9D!

9D Care actually care and are truly interested in helping me achieve my goals. Both My Mum and I are NDIS participants, we have been impressed by 9D Care. Leher from 9D Care is always responsive and quick to action everything. We have used numerous other agencies and are so very glad to have finally found in 9D Care, people who are genuine and are honestly interested in supporting us. True professionalism in disability support is rare. 9D Care have impressed us with how they act with integrity and honesty yet remain approachable and creative with in how they meet our needs. My support co-ordinator Pratika is very committed and passionate in her role. This is a reflection from the exceptional and positive work and support I have received over time. As a support co-ordinator, Pratika has been extremely helpful in assisting and ensuring that my support and care matches my assessed needs as per my requirements and choice. My support worker Jenny is always prepared to lend a helping hand and can easily adjust to any situation that she is faced with. A huge appreciation to the 9Dcare management team for providing support when required

The care people they found for me are now like a family , i don’t ask them to do anything because they have all ready done it my girls take pride in everything they do. I am more than happy to recommend the company and staff Have a chat with Patrika she is my co ordinator

Yash has been a lot of help for me as a Support Coordinator. He answers all my questions and helps me and guides me through all my problems that I face with my NDIS plan. The Plan Manager (Dhiren) also keeps in regular touch and always takes my consent before paying off any invoices.

9D has been great. The manager helped me out a lot and came and visited me. The coordinator is great too. My support worker is down to earth, supportive, takes care of me, and we do wonderful activities together. I'm really happy with them and I couldn't ask for anyone better. They have also provided a gardener who's coming next week for the first time.

I had a terrible experience with 9D Homecare. They were one of the only services to get in contact when I first started looking for supports but it took a month to finally receive services through them/ On the first shift, the carer was late, first citing car troubles, then said he was that he was told the wrong time. He was over 2 hours late in the end. The care provided was very poor, he didn't speak to my husband or interact, watched TV, read the paper, and ate his lunch in his car. I am very unhappy with them and would not recommend using this service.

They are the best helper you can have. They have been very helpful with my family and have a great understanding of the NDIS industry. The people there are wonderful.

My child was a client of 9D Homecare . They provided him with domestic guidance, and helped him with the household tasks. They were very cooperative and provided a very reliable service.

Thanks to the 9D Homecare team, they offer a professional and organized service and are very supportive with the clients. I Highly recommend them for any NDIS support service.
