This includes the ability to use a personal device to control lights, blinds, access doors, air-conditioning and video intercom (using Assistive Technology funding within tenants’ plan).What's more? Our tenants have the additional option to socialise in common indoor and outdoor areas, including a spacious, ground-level deck!

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
