ON-SITE SUPPORT - For unplanned or emergency support, tenants can contact support carers 24/7, using nurse call buttons, personal pendant, or voice activation.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
