🛏️ About the Villas: Each villa features a modern and accessible private bedroom with ensuite bathroom. They also include spacious living areas, kitchens and a private patio and garden. These villas are designed to meet the needs of Robust participants and can be customised to suit each tenants' individual needs, with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenant's funding.

🏞️ About Hornsby: Hornsby is a suburb in Sydney's Upper North Shore, approximately 23km north-west of Sydney's Central Business District. The majority of land use in Hornsby is commercial, residential and bushland, and the area comprises an assortment of local shopping centres, a medical practice, local parks and other essential amenities. Blue Gum is located 900 metres from Asquith Train Station. The closest bus stop is in walking distance. In addition, Hornsby Westfield, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital, Asquith Medical Centre, and Storey Park are all within a 10-15 minute drive radius.

Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
