Shared laundry facilities with two washing machines. The common area also provides a full kitchen with cooktop and electric oven. Perfectly located within walking distance of public transport, Elizabeth St. Shopping Centre and local parks.

Cleo's Place would love to show you through. Give us a call to discuss further and to arrange an inspection - 07 3568 4770.

Please note due to Council and Fire Regulations, these units are for single occupancy only. Not pets.
Because this property has common spaces, we cannot consider participants with loud or concerning behaviours, or use of illicit substances.

Cleo’s Place have a growing portfolio of properties throughout Brisbane and are able to reduce the amount of rent payable by NDIS Participants, by providing supports in the home. We fully support participants’ right to choice and control over their supports external of the property. The rent amount depends on the number of support hours that the participant wishes to utilise with Cleo’s Place. As support is covered by core funding, there is no need for SIL or SDA funding, to reside in accommodation through Cleo’s Place.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
