Edenbridge Living is proud to be developing brand new SDA dwellings in Pagewood, NSW (Inner South Sydney). This purpose-built single-storey, 3-bedroom Villa is under construction, with move-ins planned for March 2024. Expressions of interest are now open for Participants who have or anticipate being able to receive SDA funding as either Improved Livability, Fully Accessible, Robust, or High Physical Support. You will share this home with 2 other residents.

We are also seeking expressions of interest for 1 Bedroom Villas under construction at the same location.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
