I'm worried about my NDIS budget

Not sure how much funding you have left?

Your plan manager should help you track your spending and provide monthly financial statements.

You can also check your funding through the NDIS participant portal or my NDIS app.

I'm unhappy with my plan manager

You can raise your concerns or choose another plan manager.

Check your service agreement and tell your current plan manager before making the change.

What help should a plan manager provide?

Your plan manager should help with the financial side of your NDIS plan, including:

  • Processing eligible invoices and payments.
  • Monitoring your available funding.
  • Providing monthly financial statements.
  • Helping resolve payment questions and disputes.

These responsibilities are explained in the NDIS guidance for plan managers.
