With over 13 years experience in the Disability and Aged Sector, we tailor our support to your needs. Managing your NDIS programs and funding as well as living your life can be a stressful endeavour. Outsourcing your budget management will put time back in your day and give you piece of mind. Born from a desire to provide a higher quality of service, Wattle Lane is committed to providing valuable information and ongoing support to the participates and their carers. Our mission to create an organisation that provide reliable plan management with the ability to custom fit to each and every individual need. Wattle Lane Plan Management Services – • is based in the Warrnambool in South West Victoria area and is locally owned. We support NDIS Participants Australia Wide • has an intake process that is flexible. You choose! Face to face (in local area), email, mail, phone call or video meeting. We are happy to work with the Participants support coordinator or directly with the Participant. • provide real-time access to your plan budget and invoice processing via the participant and support coordinator portal. • let the Participant or Support Coordinator choose which invoices to approve. No mandatory invoice approval. Choose to pre-approve invoices from a specific provider, invoices from a selected budget or all invoices, it’s up to you. • can provide detailed statements to assist with preparing for Plan reviews, or just to see where you have spent your money. • will have invoices paid within 5 working days, and in most cases, as little as 48 hours (providing funds are available in your plan and invoice has all required information). • are excited about support Participants to have Choice and Control of their NDIS funding while working within the guidelines of the NDIS pricing arrangements. • are more than happy to work with participants and support coordinators to get the most out of the Participants budget.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
