We are committed to giving our clients autonomy and control over their care resulting in personalised care. Our Team will support you to understand and implement the funded supports as specified in your plan of care. Our team will facilitate and connect you to the community, stakeholders and other service providers. Starz Health will support you to build life skills and connect you to services, negotiate with providers and advocate for you regarding costs of services. We have an extensive workforce who are skilled and qualified in supporting people with low to high support needs, including 24/7 supports, allied health services and community access.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
