At RealCare we are proud to be renowned as a provider that is stringent in the recruitment of support workers. We only employ care professionals with exemplary credentials or experience, and our extensive recruitment process ensure that we can have a two-way match (matching our client with the right support worker). Our support workers have wealthy experience in ABI, intellectual disability, psychosocial supports, autism, positive behaviour support, use of mobility aid including hoisting amongst others. All support workers have workers screen checks, WWCC, Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent, Admin of medication is a must and all other NDIS regulatory training requirements. We endevour to do professional development courses on quarterly basis.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
