Our support workers have wealthy experience in ABI, intellectual disability, psychosocial supports, autism, positive behaviour support, use of mobility aid including hoisting amongst others. All support workers have workers screen checks, WWCC, Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent, Admin of medication is a must and all other NDIS regulatory training requirements. We endevour to do professional development courses on quarterly basis.
