Range Rehab, a mobile physiotherapy service dedicated to rehabilitating individuals at home after an admission into hospital. This is a project that Dean Castelino created after acting as the Service Delivery Manager for the Rehab In The Home (RITH) program, an initiative to reduce hospital length after admission. This program delivers allied health and nursing services for individuals after surgery/deconditioning across Australia. Dean holds a Doctors of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne. Dean has clinical experience with in-home physiotherapy, helping over 600+ clients in South East Queensland. Dean also has experience in private practice, where he was involved with an array of patients including acute care with paediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. On top of this, Dean has clinical experience working in Aged Care, having worked in 50+ facilities Australia-wide. Dean has an interest in the rehabilitation of an individual with a focus on treatments and modalities that are aimed towards strength and conditioning. What you can expect from Dean: 1. An active listener with a genuine care for you and your rehabilitation goals; 2. An energetic presence; 3. Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
