About

Welcome to Pebble Community Support - a disability support provider, dedicated to helping NDIS participants in Australia achieve their personal goals and live an independent life. Our focus is on delivering a bespoke service that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. At Pebble, we believe in empowering individuals to reach their full potential, rather than just fulfilling their basic needs. That's why we offer supports and services designed to help our clients improve and become the best they can be. The name Pebble was inspired by the idea of how a small stone can become smooth and polished over time through its interactions with other stones in a river. Through the services we offer, we help our clients improve and live a fulfilling and independent life. Our core values revolve around putting our clients first, ensuring integrity and honesty in all we do, prioritising safety and ensuring support services are fit for purpose. At Pebble we believe in inclusion and treat everyone with respect and consideration for their unique strengths and needs.

Your questions, answered

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
