Enthusiastic Allied Health Professionals Pacific Health and Wellbeing is a growing team of like-minded and enthusiastic allied health professionals with a common goal – supporting YOU! Our team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists work collaboratively within our team, or with your existing team, to achieve the best possible outcomes. We understand that one size does not fit all, so our approach is always unique and flexible, and maybe a little out of the box. Driven by making therapy outcomes as seamless as possible, our staff are always up to date with the latest evidence base and changes to funding bodies to ensure our work is effective, efficient, and most of all, enjoyable for you!

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
