About

At Ninja Allied Health, we’re more than an allied health provider - we’re a team built on passion, empathy, and innovation. Founded by husband and wife team Andy and Amelia, Ninja Allied Health was created in response to the need for quality, accessible therapy services delivered with genuine care. Amelia’s personal journey as a cancer patient gave her unique insight into the gaps within healthcare and inspired her vision for a practice shaped by compassion, accessibility, and listening to every client’s story. Our mission is to make healthcare easier to navigate by removing stress, providing clarity, and delivering supportive pathways to better outcomes. From the moment you connect with us, you’ll find more than just therapy; you’ll find a caring team committed to helping you feel heard, valued, and empowered. The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
