Maweja Super Care exists to deliver outstanding support to people living with a disability. We are here to help our participants live as independently as possible within their own home and give them the training they need to develop their skills to live life autonomously. We also provides Psycho-Social Recovery Coach, Assistance With Personal Activities, Community Access Health Care Nursing, In-home Support, Mental Health , Specialised Disability Daily Tasks, Youth Mentorship, Independent Living Option (ILO) ,Mental Health and Supported Independent Living services. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to have access to 5-star quality support when they need it.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
