All our carers are verified and vetted before joining the platform, and we're selective about who makes the cut. We also offer phone and video bookings, so distance is never a barrier to support. We've delivered over 1.8 million hours of support with a 4.7-star Google rating, and you get up to five free meet-and-greets to try out different carers before committing to anyone. If a carer isn't the right fit down the track, you can change at any time — no lock-in. Our customer care team is with you for the whole journey, so it's never just a directory listing with no one behind it. Our hourly rates are 9% below the NDIS price guide for 1:1 social support, with no added fees — whether you're an NDIS participant, have an Aged Care package, or are paying privately.
