About

Who are Incite Collective? We are a small collective of expert independent NDIS support coordinators. It is our job to help you make sense of your NDIS plan, get connected with services, and optimize the supports you receive out of your funding. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality service based on the following foundational principles. Independent: When we say independent, we mean independent. We are a small group of support coordinators are employed by our participants, not a company. This means we don't have any competing corporate interests; which sometimes may be at odds with what's best for you. We communicate with you, we problem solve with you, and we get results for you. It's this simplicity that makes our support so flexible, and tailored to every unique individual. Collaborative: We are a small team and work well as a team because we know each other's strengths, and areas of expertise. We want to ensure we are delivering the best possible solutions to the needs of our participants, and sometimes this means working together to get the outcomes you're looking for. We have also been around the sector for a while, and know where to find good supports when they're needed. In other words, we've done the hard yards so you don't have to! Innovative: The NDIS is a complicated system, and everyone's lives are complicated too. This is why we firmly believe that there is no such thing as "one size fits all", or that any support needs are "black and white". We recognize the NDIS was set up to provide choice and control for participants, but sometimes it may feel like it doesn't deliver on this promise. We want to change that. We operate under the principle of transformative justice. This means we want our participants to be the ones finding their voice and guiding the scheme, not the other way around. We work to have the scheme see the world through your eyes. If there's an unmet support need, we will work together to come up with a solution.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
