Hi Five Community services is a NDIS registered provider. Our disability support services are accessible across all Metro Victoria suburbs and we are soon expanding to regional Victoria. Hi Five Community Services is an innovative service provider of individualized supports and we pride ourselves in offering flexibility, choice and control to people with disability. Exploring possibilities, working through challenges, and celebrating your wins is what makes our day. Hi Five Community Services staff are selected for their experience in the Disability Support Industry to support people’s lifestyles. Staff goes through a detailed screening process and all checks are done before employing them. Hi Five Community Services also offer an emergency 24 hour on call service, delivered in house to ensure that clients and support workers have direct access to our range of services and supports in an emergency.
