About

Flow Freely is a Support coordination business led by Faith Lucas. We offer Support Coordination and Specialist support coordination. Flow Freely is a small but passionate team of Support Coordinators who have spent their professional lives in service to the community within health practitioner roles. They recognise the importance of truly delivering a human-centred approach that places the client at the centre of all decisions around their life. The staff at Flow Freely use their knowledge and clinical skills to help design support plans that assist clients to understand navigating the NDIS system as well as understanding available supports and services. They assist the client to tailor make a plan with the participant as the focal point. At Flow Freely, we believe that the participant is the expert of themselves and by listening to client’s wishes, offering compassionate guidance and allowing choice and control over their life, we are able to support people to discover the world around them in a way that is meaningful for them. Hence the title Flow Freely became the imaginative framework for an evolutionary step into the world of truly compassionate service. Flow signifies the ups and downs of life and that with the right guidance it can be a smooth and continuous journey. Freely signifies that it is ours to choose how life evolves and what opportunities the individual takes on to live a fulfilling life.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
