My name is Kerrian and I am a Registered Nurse and the Director of Darling Downs Community Nursing Care and Assessments. I have held both management and hands on nursing positions with a some of Australia's largest Community Nursing providers servicing areas across the Darling Downs, Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and Brisbane and in 2021 I made the decision to establish my own Community Nursing program as I was hearing the same concerns from clients time and time again that they were not satisfied with the standard of nursing care provided to either them or their loved ones. Our goal is to provide excellence in home nursing care and assessments, to ensure that Participant's know that they are heard, to ensure that nursing services are provided in a way that is at all times respectful of participants life goals, commitments and lifestyle and we ensure, in particular, that the services that we provide, are done so to a standard that should always be expected by participants and their families. Our objective is provide goal orientated care to enhance the quality of our participants lives and to provide services that are responsive, respectful and of high quality based on the latest research achieving best outcomes. We are able to provide Nursing Care services including but certainly not limited to simple and complex wound care, continence assessments and catheter care, stoma care, medication administration including subcutaneous and intravenous injections, simple and complex bowel care, enteral feeding, personal care and general nursing assessments.
