Welcome to Create A Sense of Place We know how challenging it can be to navigate the NDIS, and understand an NDIS plan. Create A Sense of Place is a registered NDIS Organisation, and certified by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to provide services throughout Australia. Our team are NDIS experts, and we have developed a Code of Practice which we adhere to and is reflected in all aspects of our work. We are dedicated to professional development and believe in delivering high quality service. We provide Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support and other Therapeutic Supports.

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
