At Cosmos Care Group, we are a team of health professionals with combined experience of more than 10 years in Disability support, clinical and complex care. Together we bring our, on field experience of supporting daily activities, complex care and behaviour support implementation, working closely with particiapant's goals and focusing on participant's independence hand in hand with allied health team. We alss support our participants to access NDIS right from assessments to report writing and applying for NDIS. We have our in-house training developed and delivered to our Care staff by Clinical educators. "For Cosmos care it is not about us, it is about your life". The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
