Choice Plan Management is a nationally registered Plan Manager. We are located in the beautiful Hunter Valley/Newcastle Region of New South Wales however, as a nationally registered provider we are able to offer our services to participants AUSTRALIA WIDE. We are a boutique service provider specialising in only Plan Management. Once you appoint us as your Plan Manager we will allocate you with your own dedicated Plan Manager and you will have their mobile number (you will never have to go through a call centre or speak to a robot) . This ensures that you speak to the same person every time you call and the person you are speaking with knows you and about your funding. When you sign up with us you become part of the Choice Plan Management Family. Your service providers will also love working with us as we process invoices daily with your provider receiving payment usually within 3 business days, sometimes faster. This also ensures that your funding details are always up to date when you access our mobile app or online portal. BENEFITS OF JOINING CHOICE PLAN MANAGEMENT: - No cost to you - Plan Management is an addition to your NDIS funding and does not take away from any other area of support - Your will be allocated own personal dedicated plan manager with their direct line - All of our Plan Managers have extensive financial experience and experience navigating the NDIS Price Guide - You will have 24/7 access to our mobile app or online portal which has up to date funding details - We will send you Monthly Funding Statements - We offer fast invoice processing and payment of supplier invoices - You will receive spending updates and if you are getting low on funding we will contact you and discuss - There is the ability for you to approve invoices prior to us processing for payment, should you so wish - You will have the choice of using both registered and unregistered service providers - All of the admin taken care of for you so you can relax and concentrate on achieving your NDIS goals knowing that you are fully supported - We only offer Plan Management services. The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
