We have a dedicated team of Plan Managers and Support Coordinators located across Australia who are the experts in their field. If you don’t have support coordination and are having difficulties navigating the NDIS and implementing your NDIS Plan, our Plan Maximisers can work with you to budget your plan to avoid over or underspending, find providers in your local area and assist you to get ready for a plan reassessment. We provide Support Workers who are individually matched to you and your interests to develop the highest quality home and community supports. Our Social Clubs build social connections, nurture new skills and provide a sense of belonging in an atmosphere that is nurturing and fun!
