ASSURE ABILITY is an approved NDIS provider operating in the Greater Sydney Region. We provide completely tailored support to our participants according to their individual needs. Values: Quality of care, Empathy & Constant improvement Motto : "We Listen because we Care” We provide services such as Personal Care, Social Support, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Home Maintenance, Domestic Care, Personal Skill Development, Gardening & Transport (wheelchair accessible vehicle available) basically all core supports. One of our USP would be our fully furnished beautiful Respite Centre in Rossmore, Sydney which has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for group based activities . We create tailored activities for participants by listening to what they want because we believe everyone is different . Some examples of previous activities would be art play, cooking classes, karaoke, cinema night, gardening, coffee at the beach, kite flying, fishing etc. The other USP would be our very skilled support carer team for community nursing/ high intensity support , comprising of registered/clinical/enrolled nurses led by one of our company Director who is a GP . He also directly reviews our participants care plan just for extra care . Our nursing team can provide high quality nursing support for participants with complex needs such as Enteral Feeding and Management, medication administration, Complex Wound Management, Tracheostomy Management etc. They can also support participants living at our respite centre during day time or overnight . We thoroughly examine the participants goals and requirements to create a customised care plan and integrate the advice/suggestions of Allied Health professionals into the plan. Our director who is a GP then reviews the plan for the ultimate quality care . We then regularly revise our participants plans to constantly improve on it and tailor it to their changing needs .

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
