Daylesford is one of those locations that people dream about with its trees, serene views and so close to both Melbourne and Ballarat.

You would expect nothing less of these units, which are all rated for High Physical Support, offering an open flow through to their own private garden and some have views across the hills. Each unit has 2 bedrooms so you can have a care support operating overnight from bedroom two or if that level of support is not required you have a second bedroom, home office or artistic space to call your own. With beautiful tapware, designer tiles, reverse cycle air conditioning and lots of natural light these units are truly something special.

Parking is available for each unit and gardens are also accessible.

To qualify for these homes you will need to be rated for SDA funding for High Physical Support or Fully Accessible live alone unit rating. Alternatively you might have a 2 person shared house SDA rating in any category, Improved Livability, Fully Accessible or High Physical Support and instead of having to share you can have your own private unit in beautiful Daylesford.
 

Adaptive Housing is an independent SDA Provider and we encourage choice and control so our tenants choose their own care support teams.

To help with care budgets sometimes shared care can be arranged from a neighboring unit for hoist transfers or overnight care, it all depends on your preferences and NDIS budget.

Two of these units are already taken with 3 still available.

We have just completed all internal painting and are just finishing off the garden and last touches so it is ready for it's first occupants.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
