Liverty Housing is delighted to offer both High Physical Support and Fully Accessible apartments at The Foundry apartments located in the Paper Mill Precinct in Liverpool, New South Wales.

The Paper Mill precinct delivers a whole wonderland of retail at your convenience. Westfield Liverpool is just moments away and is host to over 300 stores, restaurants, cafes, banks, a cinema and other services. Within minutes from this hub of activity youll find The Whitlam Leisure Centre and Woodward Park.

In addition to enjoying large quality apartments with open plan living and quality appliances, residents at The Foundry can enjoy a rooftop garden, gym, pool and on-site cafe, restaurant, bar and takeaway food outlets.

The beautifully presented single-level apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support or Fully Accessible design requirements under the NDIS.

Our apartments feature customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, and wheelchair accessible private outdoor areas. A two-way communications system enables tenants to contact support workers in an additional on-site apartment) in the event of an emergency or unplanned support need. The High Physical Support apartments also have structural provision for ceiling hoists and are assistive technology ready.

The apartments have been completed in March 2022 and are now ready for tenancy.

How much does it cost to live in these apartments?

The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Liverty Housing. In addition, you must pay a reasonable rent contribution, which is 25% of your fortnightly income (capped at 25% of the Disability Support Pension), plus 25% of any pension supplement received, plus 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance you receive.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
