Note: Nightingale Village is a collection of six neighbouring buildings, each designed by a different award-winning architect. Housing Choices Australia have SDA dwellings in two of the six buildings Nightingale Parklife and Nightingale Leftfield.

Each community has dedicated rooftop spaces with vegetable gardens, shed and share communal bike storage and waste rooms.

Designed to support community, Nightingale only sell to owner-occupiers or Community Housing Providers and their commitment to create robust, diverse and equitable communities on offer are the following apartments:

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
