How much does it cost to live in these apartments?

The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Liverty Housing. In addition, you must pay a reasonable rent contribution, which is 25% of your fortnightly income (capped at 25% of your Disability Support Pension, plus 25% of any pension supplement received, plus 100% of any Commonwealth Rent Assistance you receive).

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
