An incredible garden cinema and BBQ lounge area are set amongst emerald green lawns on the rooftop.

Esplanade is a hub of activity, with cafes, wine bars and restaurants all within a stones throw away. The new Norwest Railway Station will connect you to Sydney CBD with fast, safe and reliable metro trains to run every four minutes in peak time. All of your shopping needs are catered for at Norwest Market Town or at nearby Rouse Hill Town Centre and Castle Towers where significant expansion plans are happening as a response to the areas strong population growth.

The beautifully presented single-level apartments have been designed to achieve Platinum level certification under Liveable Housing Design Guidelines and meet High Physical Support design requirements under the NDIS.

This means the apartments feature customisable kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, and wheelchair accessible private outdoor areas. A two-way communications system enables tenants to contact support workers (in an additional on-site apartment) in the event of an emergency or unplanned support need. The apartments also have structural provision for ceiling hoists and are assistive technology ready.

The average apartment size (internal area) of the Esplanade apartments is 79.7 square metres.

Your questions, answered

The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.

To be eligible for the NDIS, individuals must be under the age of 65, be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to participate in everyday activities.

Your NDIS plan revolves around your personal life goals and aspirations. It is crafted based on the information you share during your planning session with your Local Area Coordinator (LAC). Within your plan, you will find a breakdown of the various supports required to help you reach your goals, along with the specific funding allocated to each support category.

Your NDIS plan is tailored to your needs and is reviewed regularly to ensure it continues to meet your changing circumstances and goals.

The NDIS can be difficult to navigate, it's important that you prepare and seek out assistance during your application process.

For more details, see our step by step guide by visting https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/how-apply.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
