We currently have a two fully furnished apartments available to participants looking for 1:1 Short-Term Accommodation (STA/Respite). Also we have two SIL vacancies available - one vacancy is for 3 to 1 care and one vacancy is for 1 to 1 care. Address: 20 Napier Street, Essendon 3040. Our properties are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments. Our team of staff conduct activities on-site with participants in line with their preferences. Some activities include cooking, art and crafts, and gardening activities. Our STA/Respite can also include taking participants out for activities. - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - 1 Carpark - Shops, restaurants and cafes downstairs. - 2 minute walk to Essendon station. - All apartments are on the first floor and the ground floor is the parking garage. - Community Participation - 40 fun things to do in Melbourne: https://wecareproviders.com.au/communityparticipation/ Respite/STA: - Mon - Fri = $900 per day - Saturday = $1,100 - Sunday - $1,400 The above Respite/STA prices include 3 hours of 1 to 1 care with one of our experienced support workers, breakfast, lunch, dinner and Snacks, also cleaning, laundry, high speed Internet and Netflix. SIL: $460 per fortnight which include board and lodging, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
