Housing Choices Australia is a not-for-profit Community Housing Provider, committed to strengths-focused and place-based community driven development to support life opportunities and resilient and inclusive neighbourhoods.

Eligible applicants must:

  • be aged over 18 years.
  • have SDA funded within your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan that meets the design category (Fully Accessible) and dwelling type (Apartment 1-bedroom, 1 resident) or be eligible for such;
  • be able to pay rent and utilities; and
  • be able to enter a residential agreement.

The NDIS requires service providers to register with them to allow for direct invoicing claims for NDIA-managed clients. However, not all providers opt for registration, meaning there could be a suitable unregistered provider out there that can offer you supports. Access to these unregistered providers is only available if you self-manage your funds or have a Plan Manager.
